5 Things to Try when You're Feeling Down

Here’s a playful list of things I’d love when I’m feeling down: 

  1. Taco Therapy: A giant plate of tacos with all the fixings—because sometimes, only a taco (or ten) can solve life’s problems. Extra cheese and guacamole, please! 
  2. Pyjama Party: A cozy day in my most comfortable pyjamas, complete with a cozy fleece blanket fort and a Netflix binge. Pyjamas are the ultimate mood boosters! 
  3. Comedy Show Marathon: A marathon of my favourite comedies or stand-up specials. Laughter really is the best medicine, and who doesn’t love a good belly laugh? 
  4. Pet Therapy: Quality time with a furry friend. Whether it’s a dog who’s always up for snuggles or a cat who purrs away all my worries, pets are the ultimate comfort. 
  5. Hug Marathon: Lots of warm, genuine hugs from friends or family. Because sometimes, all you need is a big squeeze to feel a little better.
